Thank you to everyone who has given in support for my World Race in 2018. My goal of reaching $2,000 by the end of the year was met plus a little extra! That leaves a little less than $17,000 that I still need in support. I am so thankful that you have joined in partnership with me on this race because it’s not just my race. Yes, I will be the one traveling and evangelizing and serving and ministering and working, but without your support enabling me to go, I would never be able to go. You’re helping open the door a little wider for me each time you give so that I can walk into this new ministry and share the Gospel literally across the nations. I pray you had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. I was so excited and overwhelmed to receive several items that I will be needing for the race. I still have several items to purchase but it was a huge first step and I get a little rush of excitedness every time I see the gear sitting in the corner of my room. For this new year I already have several ideas for fundraising that I'm really excited about. I'm hoping to post about the first one in the next week or so. Be on the watch! My first financial deadline of $5,000 is mid March and I am fully confident that the Lord will provide in HIs timing and His way.

Please continue to pray for my route. There are now 12 of us which is still a very low number. Other routes have between 30 and 36 at this time. Pray that more racers will sign up for our route. Pray that God would put like minded believers in my route. Pray for their fundraising journeys. Pray that God would continue to make me more like Him each day and I would be obedient to the Holy Spirit and His leading. Pray that I would take the time now to prepare myself spiritually for the Race so that I will be ready for any and all challenges and battles that I may be confronted with. God is so good!
